Job Position: People & Organization Manager (ID)
Our client is a mining conglomerate with over 15000 employees and they are looking for an experienced People & Organization Manager to join their team.
This role is responsible for:
Organisation structure & manpower planning
Performance management system (KPI/PMS)
Talent management & succession planning
Leadership development & culture programs
HR policy alignment across Group entities
Overall Objectives:
8–12 years of HR experience, especially in: Organisation development, Talent management and Performance management
Experience working in group or multi-company structure is preferred
Good business understanding and able to connect HR with business needs
Hands-on and able to build systems/processes from scratch
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree from a reputable university
Experience, Skills and Knowledge
Relevant experience in mining, HR consulting or large enterprises preferred
