Regional Head Pet Portfolio (Singapore) - Family Office [25E15]

Our client is an Asia-based family office of a regional conglomerate with ambitions to build the region’s next-generation pet care brands. They are actively scaling a multi-brand portfolio in pet food. To drive this expansion, they’re hiring a Regional Growth Lead to own strategy and execution across Asian markets.

This is a rare opportunity to lead regional growth from the ground up, developing go-to-market strategies and unlocking cross-border brand and distribution synergies. The role works closely with the family office and local partners to build a category leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Regional Strategy & Execution
    Develop and own the pet portfolio’s growth roadmap across priority markets in Asia. Translate strategy into actionable market playbooks and launch plans.

  2. Market Development & Entry
    Identify whitespace and market-specific opportunities for portfolio brands. Lead successful entries into new markets, including SKU selection, pricing, positioning, and distribution.

  3. Distribution & GTM Leadership
    Work with external partners to build winning go-to-market strategies. Secure key distribution wins across online and offline channels.

  4. Manufacturing & Export
    Evaluate manufacturing footprint options, assess OEM/ODM partners, and explore select export opportunities for high-potential SKUs.

  5. Commercial Ownership
    Own revenue and margin KPIs, track performance by market and category, and iterate strategy based on data and consumer insights.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must-Have

    • 8–10+ years of experience in global pet care brands either in marketing or sales

    • Experience or demonstrated potential in operating in lean, entrepreneurial environments

    Good-to-Have

    • Familiarity with manufacturing/OEM dynamics and vendor management

    • Distribution/retail network across the region

    • Exposure to US/EU export markets

    • P&L ownership and commercial mindset
