They are seeking a Head of Enterprise Sales who will be play a critical role in the execution of their enterprise growth strategy and market expansion.
This highly visible position will play a key role in growing their business in the region and in building an inclusive culture within our current and future team.
You will be a thought partner to help design bold ideas to grow their enterprise business, along with solid investment rationale for these ideas.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you are confident working independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving start-up environment. The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop growth strategies and business models for expansion to the identified countries/region
Size and prioritize expansion plans to drive performance, resource allocation and juggle competing priorities
Develop sales pipeline strategy and lead end to end execution of programs
Evaluate the current sales enablement and post-sales/customer success process, identify opportunities for improvement to support the global expansion and needs of international customers, especially enterprise customers
Structure an organization to deliver against the above goals including recruitment, onboarding and training
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6 years of working experience in Enterprise or SAAS Sales, especially in B2B start-up companies. Those in HRTech or HRSolutions will be considered more favorably
Demonstrated success selling tech solutions in at least one region outside of SEA
Ability to hire A-Players○ Sources, selects and recruits top talent to join the team○ Ability to develop talent (Coaches people in their current roles to improve performance, and prepares them for future roles.)
